Coffee, Tea & Edible Products

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, tea, and other edible products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. All food and beverage sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Photo proof of the issue is typically required to process claims.

Non-Edible Merchandise

Non-edible items such as apparel, mugs, or gift items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Coffee Club & Subscription Orders

Coffee subscription orders may be paused, modified, or canceled anytime before the next shipment is processed.

Once a subscription order has shipped, it is non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error or issue was caused by us.
