Returns, Refunds & Quality Guarantee

At Maui Coffee Company, we take great pride in roasting exceptional Hawaiian coffee. If your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition or you’re not satisfied due to a quality issue, we’re here to help.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every bag we roast. If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Photos of the product or packaging may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.

Coffee, Tea & Food Products

Because our coffee, tea, syrups, pancake mixes, and other food products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used items unless there is a quality issue covered by our Quality Guarantee.

Unopened food products may only be returned if they were shipped incorrectly or approved by our customer service team.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll promptly replace the affected items, issue a refund, or provide store credit.

Merchandise & Non-Food Items

Unused merchandise (such as mugs, apparel, and other non-food items) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Coffee Club & Subscriptions

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or replacement is the result of our error.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are roasted, packed, and shipped from Lahaina, Maui. Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Maui Coffee Co.’s control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you regarding the delay and available options.
