Rewards ProgramTerms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address to participate.
• The Program is available to retail customers purchasing through MauiCoffeeCo.com. Wholesale accounts are not eligible for this Program.
• One account per person. Maui Coffee Company reserves the right to limit participation to one account per household or per individual at our discretion.

You are automatically enrolled in the Program when you create an account on MauiCoffeeCo.com. Enrollment is free. There is no obligation to purchase to join.

Points are calculated based on the order subtotal only. Points are not earned on shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, or any other exclusions e.g., specific SKUs, sale items.

Bonus points are also earned for the following:

Points are credited to your account once your order has shipped. Points are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the account holder who earned them. Maui Coffee Company reserves the right to correct any points balance that was credited in error, including due to a system, pricing, or processing error.

Points may be redeemed at checkout for a discount on a future order, according to the following schedule:

Points may be redeemed once you have accumulated the required threshold. There is no obligation to redeem immediately — you may continue accumulating points toward a higher reward tier at any time.

Redemption is applied as a discount at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a redeemed reward exceeds the total value of an order, the unused portion is forfeited — no cash or credit will be issued for the difference.

Rewards cannot be applied toward shipping costs. Only one reward may be redeemed per order. Points used toward a redeemed reward are deducted from your balance at the time of redemption and cannot be reinstated except as described in Section 6 (Returns).

Points are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date they are earned. If points are not redeemed before they expire, they will be removed from your account. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email 7 days before your points are scheduled to expire. Earning or redeeming points does not extend the expiration date of previously earned points.

If you return an item from an order on which points were earned, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account balance. If you have already redeemed a reward using points from an order that is later returned, and your balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, your account balance may go negative and must be satisfied through future point accumulation before further redemptions are permitted.

Maui Coffee Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any portion of these Terms and Conditions, at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to change the points earning rate, redemption thresholds, reward values, or expiration policy. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, and to void any accumulated points, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the Program, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

The Program is offered at the sole discretion of Maui Coffee Company and does not constitute a contractual right to any specific reward or points balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
